Problem Whatsapp

Hi.

I have one problem, when record test mobile plan (Android 4.4.2 -  Galaxy note II, Windows 8.1/Windows 7, Net script/VS) and open Whatsapp, this return error. "An unknown server-side error ocurred while processing the command. Original error: Failed to Dump Window Hierarchy."   What I can do?.

Only opened once but could not replay the success story.

I have another question, is possible integrate Nox emulator Android witch Silk test?.
