Hi,
I have Silk Test 15.5 version installed in my machine. I have done a proper shutdown and when started again the 'Silk Test Information Service' was not started.
When I tried to start it, throwed an alert stating "The Silk Test Information Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs".
The default StartType was 'Automatic' but the service is not starting most of the times when I shutdown and start it back. It throws the same error as mentioned above.
If tried to change the start type as 'Manual' then also the same error. Could you please help as without this service getting start I cannot work with Silk Test Workbench.?
