JUnit Test run status showing "Not Executed", and Error showing "The output.xml file for the last run could not be found"

Hi,

My Junit test run is not showing "Not Executed" in the run status. But test functionality run in the silk central as desired. in the messages tab I am seeing the error below:

No output file found: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\SCC_ExecServer_19124_19125\PerfProjects\PerfPrj_5_1490819689584\output.xml

Moreover,

if I go to Test>my JUnit Test>rightclick to"Convert to test package" I am getting same error below:

Any idea to solve this issue would be appreciated.
