Could not find object ins sample insurance demo application

I am new to silktest and using silktest 17.5

I want to click on drop down and select 'Auto Quote'

Steps

1) launch link: http://demo.borland.com/InsuranceWebExtJS/

2) Goto Select a service or login. ( top right corner).

3) click on drop down and select 'Auto Quote'.

Issue:  ( what I think)

When I Playback , silktest is unable to find drop down using locator and playback fails.

Below is error message. Please help.
