Hi,
I have tried to install Silk Test 17.5 evaluation version. I have installed installed SilkTest-175 and SilkTest-175-hf1 in my machine. After installation, when I tried to launch Silk Test Workbench, it throws the below error. And, Silk Information Service is running and set to automatic.
"Error while communicating with the Open Agent. Please make sure that Info Service and Open Agent are running., and that the Silk Test Workbench and Open Agent version match."
