Getting Error while running the Silk Test Script for Client Application

Dear Team,

1. When Classic Agent is selected from Silk Test Classic Console and try to run the script then we are getting below error.

 [-] Testcase Test1 - 1 error

                [ ] *** Error: Window '[MainWin]$C:\Program Files (x86)\JHA\Synergy\SynDM.exe' was not found

                [ ] Occurred in SetActive

                [ ] Called from Test1 at SynergyProd.t(5)

 Note: When we open the Application first time and try to run the script it executes as expected. Again if we try to run the script it fails with above error.

 2. When Windows based is selected from Silk Test Classic Console and try to run the script then we are getting below error.

 [-] Testcase Test1 - 1 error

                [ ] Failed to resolve object '/MainWin[@caption='Synergy Desktop Manager'] -> //DialogBox -> //TextField[@caption='User Name:']'.

                [ ] Occurred in SynergyDesktopManager1.Dialog.UserName.SetText

                [ ] Called from Test1 at SynergyProd2.t(3)

 Note: When we open the Application first time and try to run the script it executes as expected. Again if we try to run the script it fails with above error.

Please let me know - If anyone has come across this and steps taken to resolve the same.
